Paris Background




	First I shot the Palais de Justice on the Ile de la Cité.


	Then I cropped everything but the flag, which already looked like a watercolor. It looks like I cropped too close, but when this image is tiled there will be double this space between the flags.


	Back to where you jumped from to get here.


	Then I washed it out so that text would show nicely over it, downsized it, and saved it as a gif file, so that it downloads faster.
